Thomas Wilkins MD

Thomas Wilkins, MD has been providing expert care in Neuro-musculoskeletal medicine for over 22 years. Prior to assuming medical directorship at Bay Area Spine and Pain Center, he provided cutting edge care in Green Bay, WI for 17 years before taking a leadership role with a private practice pain clinic in Pennsylvania for the past 4 years.
Known for bringing emerging technology into practice, he was the first physician in North East Wisconsin to introduce Musculoskeletal Ultrasound into practice back in 2008 and was awarded the Pioneer RMSK board certificate for passing the inaugural ultrasound board examination in 2012.

Dr. Wilkins' has set the standard for Pain Management. He continues to provide a patient centered, diagnosis specific approach that focuses on individual patient needs. This not only acts to reduce pain, but additionally focuses on both improvement in function and quality of life.
